1. Services
615 Web Co provides website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services for small businesses. Our services include custom single-page website builds and monthly care plans that include hosting, updates, and support.
2. Payment Terms
Website build fees are charged at the time of order. The monthly care plan is billed automatically to your payment method on file. You may cancel the care plan at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
3. Deliverables
We aim to deliver your website within 24-48 hours of receiving all required content and information. Final delivery timeline depends on timely feedback and approval from you.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). Upon full payment, you own the final website design. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Monthly Updates
The care plan includes minor content updates such as text changes, image replacements, and contact information updates. Major redesigns or additional pages may require additional fees.
6. Cancellation
If you cancel your care plan, your website hosting will end at the end of your billing period. We can provide you with a copy of your website files upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
615 Web Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
